Super Fudo UAB (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Super Fudo Shop website (the “Service”). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Super Fudo Shop.

DAMAGE ITEMS

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items cannot be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We have a 1 business day handling time on processing and shipping all international orders, excluding weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise stated).

We ship with DHL Express and DHL Global Mail and National Post, a fast and reliable shipping service.

If during checkout you do not find your country on the list of shipping destinations, please contact us.

Please note: You may encounter a customs or duty fee when receiving your order. This is not in the control of Super Fudo Shop and this fee will be dependent on your country.

Please be advised that Super Fudo Shop is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.

Although we take great measures to ensure our products have a speedy transition through customs, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.

Although great care is taken to ensure all deliveries get dispatched in the allocated time period; in times of higher than normal order volume we hold the right to extend the 1 business day processing time.
